As part of the project "Elimination of invasive species in practice (3211100010)" introductory workshop took place on Thursday 30. 3. 2023, where project partners, representatives of nature protection authorities (Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic, Ministry of Environment) and State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic were informed about the current progress of the project. After the introductory lecture of the main investigator doc. Ing. Kateřina Berchová-Bímová, Ph.D. the issues related in particular to the collection and processing of data were analysed in detail. The meeting was followed by a part of individual consultations, where technical issues were discussed with the individual participating national parks, such as the modification of the data collection application, the addition of the possibility of priority mapping and the suitability of using previously collected data. In the framework of the workshop, tasks were also divided for individual partners (see Notes from the Initial meeting - only in Czech).
